The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong interest and passion for the Web3 and crypto segments and have experience in business development. Additionally, they should be hosted in Tokyo, have flexible time resources, and the ability to frequently attend Web3-related events in person.

Japanese heavyweight SBI VC Trade joins XRPL as a validator
For many years, Ripple has been a prominent player in the Japanese remittance market thanks to its ties to SBI, a local fintech giant.
Yesterday it was announced that one of SBI’s subsidiaries, SBI VC Trade, will be responsible for operating a validator of the XRP Ledger blockchain network.
Well known as a cryptocurrency exchange, the SBI branch will directly contribute to the integrity and decentralization of the XRP Ledger, as well as the security of its transactions.
Today the XRP price is up 1.21%; the coin changes hands at $0.5051 on major centralized spot exchanges.
